How do I resolve technical problems with installation or login?
Resolutions for some problems are shown on our trouble-shooting page.  If these solutions do not address your problem, please contact CFX for assistance at any time. 

How do I view my account balance?
The account balance, as well as position-by-position P&L, is viewed in real time in the "Account Information" window.  Clients can also generate and print a comprehensive back office report at any time by accessing the "Reports" selection from the "File" menu.

How will Live trading differ from Demo trading?
There are substantially no differences between Live Trading and Demo Trading.  Live Trading clients will have 24 hour telephone access to CFX's dealing desks.  Also, off-market trades are generally not allowed in Live Trading, whereas in demo trading it is sometimes possible to trade at prices far away from the real market.  For most accounts, trades are confirmed as long as the order is within 2 pips of the market at that time.  As a result, CFX achieves the lowest rate of "re-quotes" in the industry. 

How do I place stop or limit orders?
Right click within the position record and choose the "Place Stop" command from pop-up menu.  Enter desired Stop rate and press "OK". The Stop rate will appear within the position record.  To place a Limit order, right click within the position record and choose the "Limit" command from pop-up menu. Enter desired Limit rate and press "OK". The Limit rate will appear within the position record.

Can I trade via telephone as well as online?
Yes.  CFX's dealing desk is fully staffed 24 hours a day.  Clients can place orders or manage their accounts via telephone at any time.

Are there any fees or commissions?
No.  Trading with CFX is commission free, and there are no account maintenance charges.  The cost of carry, however, is calculated daily on all positions at 5PM EST as per the rates in the "Currency Reference Rates" window.

How do deposit funds into my CFX account?
Funds can be deposited at any time via either bank wire transfer or credit card.  Click Here for instructions and details.  Credit card deposits can be made here.

How do I withdraw funds from my CFX account?
Funds can be withdrawn at anytime by either submitting an online form or faxing a withdrawal request.  Click Here for withdrawal instructions and forms.  In addition, funds can be credited to your credit card upon request via e-mail.
